What is Sobrecito Peruano?

 

Sobrecito Peruano is a small business celebrating Peruvian culture through stickers, stationery, collectibles, and other Peru-inspired products.

My goal is to bring a little piece of Peru to your mailbox and home through designs inspired by food, traditions, slang, nostalgia, landmarks, and everyday life.

Who creates the designs?

 

All designs are created by me and a dear friend. The designs are inspired by Peruvian culture and experiences.

Where do you ship?

 

Currently, Sobrecito Peruano ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

How long does shipping take?

 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For domestic orders, an estimated range is 6-9 business days. For international orders, an estimated range is 2-4 weeks.

Do you offer tracking?

 

The majority of orders are shipped with a USPS stamp to keep shipping prices low/free., which doesn't allow for tracking. If tracking is needed, please contact us to quote a tracking price. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

 

Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation and find a solution.

Sobrecito Peruano Mail Club

 

What is the Sobrecito Peruano Mail Club?

 

The Sobrecito Peruano Mail Club is a monthly subscription that delivers exclusive Peru-themed goodies directly to your mailbox.

Each edition is designed around Peruvian culture and may include stickers, artwork, collectibles, and other surprises.

Are Mail Club items exclusive?

 

Many Mail Club items are exclusive to subscribers and may never be sold separately.

Occasionally, leftover inventory may become available after subscribers have received their editions, or if the item applies to common holidays or themes.

When will I receive my first edition?

 

Mail Club orders are shipped the last week of the month hoping you receive it the first week of the edition you ordered! 

If you subscribe before the monthly cutoff date, you'll receive the upcoming edition.

If you subscribe after the cutoff date, your subscription will begin with the following month's edition.

Why didn't I receive the current edition?

 

Each edition must be designed, produced, packed, and mailed before shipment.

Orders placed after the monthly cutoff date automatically begin with the next edition to ensure timely fulfillment.

If you sign up before the 21st of the month, you will get the current edition. If you sign up on or after the 22nd of the month, you will receive the next edition the following month. 

Can I buy a past Mail Club edition?

 

Yes, but! It depends on inventory availability. Please check here for availability of the month's edition you're looking for,

If extra inventory remains after all subscriber orders have been fulfilled, past editions may be offered as limited one-time purchases.

Can I skip a month?

 

Yes. Subscribers can manage their subscriptions through their customer account.

Can I cancel anytime?

 

Yes. There are no long-term commitments, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

When are Mail Club editions shipped?

 

Mail Club editions are typically mailed during the last week of each month.

Are your stickers waterproof?

 

Yes! Our vinyl stickers are water-resistant and designed for everyday use on water bottles, laptops, notebooks, and more.

Do you sell individual stickers?

 

Yes. Many designs are available individually through the shop.

Will you offer products besides stickers?

Will products ever return after selling out?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited-edition releases and may not return once sold out.

What's the difference between the Mail Club and products in the shop?

 

Mail Club: A recurring monthly subscription that delivers exclusive themed goodies.

Shop Products: Individual items that can be purchased without a subscription.
